Is BubbleSpots free?

Exploring and discovering places is always free. Some features, like sharing lists with others, require a BubbleSpots Supporter subscription.

Do I need an account to use the app?

You can explore places without an account. An account is needed to save favourites, add places, leave reviews, or share lists.

How do I find places in a different city?

Type a city or street name in the search bar and tap the result to go there on the map. Then press 'Search here' to see places in that area.

How do I add a new place?

Open the menu in the app and select "Add place". Fill in the details and submit — it goes live automatically.

There are no places near me. Why?

BubbleSpots is powered by its community. We've added a collection of verified starter places to get things going, but coverage grows as people add the spots they know and love. Whether it's a playground near home, a hidden gem from a trip, or a favourite family day out, add it and help others discover it too.

How do I report incorrect information about a place?

Tap the place in the app and use the "Suggest a fix" option. Our team reviews every suggestion before it goes live.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the profile page in the app. If you run into any issues, see our Delete Account page for instructions on how to reach us.

The app is in the wrong language. How do I change it?

You can select a different language from your profile page. BubbleSpots tries to detect your device language and defaults to English if it can't. We're also planning to add more languages, so let us know if yours is missing!

I found a bug or something isn't working.
